Yes!  But some types of exercise are better for people with Parkinson’s than others and everyone with Parkinson’s has their own unique set of disease symptoms that need to be addressed and improved. 
The problem is there are few fitness trainers who understand Parkinson’s and group online workouts can’t address someone’s symptom-specific needs.
